* Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed vet within 14 days of the receipt of the pup if local pickup or 7 days if shipped by air.

* Buyer is responsible for the daily health care of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations after purchase, also providing necessary medication and treatments.

* In the unlikely event of death to the puppy within two years of its birth due to genetics, the breeder will replace the pet with another of equivalent value, once received two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of original puppy.

*  There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, parvo, coccidia, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

* All puppies are sold as pets, no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size, personality, show or breeding potential. Seller is not responsible for any actions or development of the pet.

*  This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party. It supersedes any and all previous agreement and is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
